LOOK WHAT'S NEW........

We hold a strong belief that in Tasmania we can create and make products just as well as anyone anywhere else in the world can! We want to champion the BUY LOCAL food movement.  So, Holger's latest exploration along this journey led him into developing four flavoursome, chilli sauces.

The adventure resulted in four very distinct, full of flavour (not just heat) hot sauces.  The Mild with Lime Hot Sauce is perfect with Fish Tacos giving them that citrus lift and zing, pair the Smoky Hot Sauce with a Bacon Burger to enhance the cured meat flavours, the Original Hot Sauce was his first success and can be added to anything from Spaghetti Bolognaise to over Poached Eggs at Breakfast and the Extra Hot is for those who enjoy a bit of spice in their lives!!! The sauces are tasty and have distinct flavour profiles which makes them unique in this hot sauce space because making things just hot is the easy part - it is getting a greater depth of flavour that was the challenge.
