We sit here in Scottsdale quietly getting on with inventing new machinery to help our production processes, developing new products to further entice rhubarb lovers to return to the fold and engaging other small businesses in including rhubarb in their product range  - in particular Cheesecake Baculo who are making a Rhubarb and Custard Cheesecake on a stick just for us and what are we reluctant to do?  Shout about our successes!!

The 2013 Hobart Fine Food Awards resulted in 17 medals from 21 entries.  We were really proud of that achievement.  From a desire to utilise what was seen as an unfortunate waste grade of rhubarb stalk we have managed to create a Reserve  Champion product – that was our Rhu Bru Rhubarb Juice at the Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards 2010.  That’s an excellent outcome we think!
