About Rhu Bru
The idea of developing a rhubarb based drink began in 2008 with discussions at the kitchen table about Grandma's rhubarb champagne.... the idea grew! So began the challenge of value adding a new rhubarb growing enterprise in Scottsdale.
There is no compromise on flavour or quality with our rhubarb range of products. From picking and sorting the stalks to labelling and packing the bottles and jars everything is done by hand. We strive to create quality products that lead you back to the flavours of the country time after time.
Rhu Bru supports local sustainable businesses. We are part of the move to diversify the economic base for our farming community and have proudly created a unique taste from Tasmania.
